The Town will be selling its former Town of Turner Valley office location on the open market after having recently re-designated it to Residential Multi-Unit District (R-3).

Status: Council has determined that the Town no longer needs to retain the property for its use and has directed Administration to sell the property for revenue.

Next Steps: A market value will be established for the property and listed with a Realtor on the open market by the end of 2025.
