Commonly Requested Bylaws

Town of Diamond Valley bylaws are posted below.  The towns of Black Diamond and Turner Valley passed several identical bylaws in late 2022 to aid in a smooth transition for the January 1, 2023 amalgamation.  All active bylaws in both towns remain in effect within their former geographical boundaries until rescinded.  If you wish to learn more about bylaws from the former towns, please contact the Legislative Services Manager.

Bylaws Numbering

The first 4 digits indicate the year the bylaw was passed. The last digits indicate the chronological order in which the bylaw was researched and then prepared for Council's deliberation.
