Education

K -12 public education in the Town of Black Diamond falls under the administrative umbrella of the Foothills School division or the Christ the Redeemer Catholic School Division. Families can also choose from several private schools in the area. For parents preferring to home school their children, there are several organizations in place to assist you.

Other educational services, ranging from preschool to adult education are also available to residents of Black Diamond. In addition, excellent post-secondary institutions are available in Calgary.

All of the educational services in our community offer excellence and choice, with diverse and innovative programs.
