Please direct all Municipal Enforcement concerns to the 24-hour concern line at 403-933-0334. A dispatcher will ask for your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and relevant details regarding the complaint. A file will be created for the next on-duty officer.
This form is used for concerns about; garbage, roads, Town services, taxes, utilities, Council matters, communications or staff.
This form can be anonymous, but the submitting an anonymous complaint to the Town could result in no response from the Town, as we are not obligated to act on anonymous complaints.
