5. Any person or group planning an activity or event should apply for a noise exemption permit if it is expected to exceed the permitted noise/sound levels or if it will be occurring outside of the allowed time frame of

   7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Weekdays 
   or 
   9:00 a.m. and ending at 10:00 p.m. on Weekends

   This includes construction or industrial projects, film productions, public events, weddings, or music festivals. 

   Please complete the form below to request a temporary exemption from the Town’s Property Responsibility Bylaw for noise related to construction, events, or other activities occurring outside permitted hours. Providing detailed information and mitigation plans will help ensure timely processing of your application.

   Applications for Noise Exemption Permits must be submitted at least 7 days and no more than 30 days prior to the planned activity or event.
