The Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPPs) allows property taxes to be paid in 12 monthly installments.
There are no added fees to participate. Payments are automatically withdrawn from a bank account on the 4th of each month.
To be eligible to join TIPPs starting January 4, 2026, 2025 property taxes must be paid in full by December 31, 2025. Applications must be submitted by December 30, 2025 in order for taxes to be divided into 12 monthly payments. After December 30, the amount of payments will be based on how many months are left in the year.
