Utility bills issued October 31, 2025 are due December 15.
December 18 is the final day to pay any outstanding 2025 utility bills before balances are transferred.
Any unpaid utility balances for bills issued in 2025 that remain outstanding at the end of day on December 18, 2025 will be transferred to the property tax account for that property.
After today, all payments for 2025-issued utility bills must be made through the property tax account, and property tax penalties will apply to any tax account not fully paid by December 31, 2025.
