The Town is currently responding to a broken wastewater forcemain between Turner Valley and Black Diamond.
A forcemain is a pressurized pipe that carries wastewater between communities. When this type of pipe is damaged, crews must divert or temporarily contain wastewater while repairs are made.
Turner Valley residents are asked to limit water use today—please avoid laundry, dishwashing, long showers, and other activities that send water down the drain. Reduced water use helps minimize wastewater flow and supports a faster, safer repair process.
Town crews are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
