Information regarding the appeal of Development Permit 132-2025DP, for a permit located at 114 Government Road S, can be found on the Intermunicipal SDAB Appeals and Decisions page.  The information includes the Notice of Decision for the development permit, the Notice of Hearing advertised in the Western Wheel (includes information on how to participate) and the agenda package (when published).  The Board's Decision will be posted on the Appeals and Decisions page as well.  Please note that the Board has 15 days to post its written Decision after the hearing is closed.

If you wish to register to participate in the hearing online, please review the instructions provided in the Notice of Hearing.  The agenda will include a link to view the hearing via Teams, or the hearing is open to the public to attend in Council Chambers.
