The trouble is that many of us forget that we can repair things ourselves or we need more skills. Knowing how to make repairs is a skill quickly lost and just as quickly (re)learned with some guidance and a little time. 

The repair café is about helping you fix what's broken and keep perfectly usable items out of the landfill. You are welcome to bring your item and work on it yourself with the support and guidance of our volunteers, or you can make an appointment and drop it off, and we will let you know when it's ready to be picked up! 

Appointments are best to ensure you have a spot, but we will always find a way to help you out, even if we have to put you on a waitlist first.
